Light a Candle
The beautiful Lourdes Grotto on our monastery grounds is a favorite place for visitors to light a candle and pray. But even if you aren’t able to come and light a candle yourself, we would be happy to light one for you as a sign of your faith and trust in God.
Perhaps you want to remember loved ones in prayer. Offer prayers for someone who has died. Light a candle for someone serving his or her country, or for someone who is ill or having a difficult time. Or offer prayers for your own special intentions. All are welcome.
The Sisters of St. Benedict would be honored to light a candle for your prayer intentions at Our Lady’s shrine. We’ll also remember your needs and concerns at our daily community prayer.
