Prioress’ Address

At the beginning of our July meetings, we hear an address given by our prioress. The prioress is the Sister who we have elected to be the leader. She is prioress for 6 years and is in the place of Christ for our community. Our current prioress is Sister Anita Louise Lowe. 

In her address, she recaps the last year. In the past year, we have been through numerous transitions and changes. We have also been in a process to look at the future. Sister Anita Louise encouraged us to let go and let God. She helped us to see that we are many parts and one body in Christ. She encouraged us to open our hands to allow God to lead us to be the nucleus of the future.
