St. Bernard Catholic Church

This past summer, St. Bernard Catholic Church celebrated its many years of life and service as a parish. To honor the occasion, the parish hosted a special Mass and reception with the Bishop of Evansville.

Former parishioners, staff, and community members were invited to return and celebrate the history they helped shape. Among those attending was a group of us sisters who had lived or worked there over the years. Our community helped build the school in the early days of our formation, and since then, many more sisters have served both the school and the parish.

It was a beautiful opportunity to reconnect, reflect on the parish’s growth, and celebrate the faith-filled legacy that continues to flourish at St. Bernard.
