Evansville Sisters

Not all of our Sisters live at the monastery in Ferdinand. In fact, we have a group of sisters who reside a few miles west in Evansville, IN. Sisters Ann Francis Hillenbrand, Donna Marie Herr, Jane Michele McClure, and Sister Patricia Ann McGuire all live in a house together, and their ministries are in Evansville.

Sister Ann Francis works with our Monastery Goods & Services. Sister Patricia Ann serves as a part-time Pastoral Associate and Spiritual Director who sees directees in the Evansville area. Sister Donna Marie serves as Coordinator of the St. Vincent de Paul Food Pantry and Office in Evansville. Sister Jane Michele serves as a Major Gifts officer for Habitat for Humanity of Evansville.

When we live together and close to one another, we’re able to learn many things about each other. We take on regular household responsibilities such as caring for the house and cooking, pray and have discussions together, and also have a little bit of fun.
