This full-time hybrid position at the Sisters of St. Benedict monastery in Ferdinand, IN, is a vital part of the Mission Advancement team. We have an upbeat, positive, and fast-paced atmosphere that needs someone who can work at a quick pace, keep up with ongoing tasks, and offer encouragement and support to the team as needed.

The Senior Development Manager leads our annual giving program and helps grow the resources that sustain our ministries. Reporting to the Executive Director of Mission Advancement, this senior role is both strategic and hands-on, ideal for someone who loves both data and building meaningful donor relationships.
