Be the next Donor Relations Assistant for the Sisters.
Are you the go-to person when details matter? The problem solver? Do you crave work that will make a difference? You might be the Donor Relations Assistant the Sisters of St. Benedict are looking for. And we might be who you’re looking for, too.
So what does a Donor Relations Assistant do? Honestly, a lot. In this on-site role, you will create and coordinate gift acknowledgment mailings, maintain the donor database, support daily gift processing, and serve as a first point of contact for donors by phone, email, and mail. It’s a great fit for someone who takes pride in accuracy, enjoys serving others, and wants their work to directly support the mission of the Sisters. Strong Excel and Word skills are essential, and Blackbaud or similar CRM experience is a plus.
In addition to a competitive salary, you’ll get medical, dental, and vision coverage, 403(b) retirement plan with match, generous PTO and holidays, employer-paid life and disability insurance — and a workplace grounded in real purpose, surrounded by people who care about you.
Outstanding Mission Advancement team members can invite others into a relationship with the sisters; love people and the sisters; and have a deep desire to help others find the joy in giving. That giving will enable the sisters to advance their mission. Those who give to the sisters often find their personal blessing from the care of the sisters far outweighs the financial gifts they have given.
