100 Days of Prayer, Fasting & Advocacy Gathering

The Sisters of St. Benedict along with more than 200 Leadership Conference of Women Religious’ (LCWR) Institutes across the U.S. are participating in a third session of the LCWR 100 Days of Prayer, Fasting & Advocacy initiative. Join the Sisters for a prayer gathering ahead of the midterm elections as we focus on living the LCWR Declaration of Commitment and making visible the commitment to prayer for peace and right relationship during our elections.

The 100 Days of Prayer, Fasting, and Advocacy initiative (July 26 – November 3, 2026) is a faith-driven response to pressing nationwide social and political concerns, including justice, peace, human dignity, immigration and the health of our people and our planet.  Individuals and communities are invited to commit each day to spiritual reflection, acts of fasting or sacrifice, and concrete advocacy efforts.
