Other Interests: I delight in being outdoors and in nature. I love the special beauty of all four seasons. I also enjoy listening to music, reading and gatherings of people, large or small, be it community, family or friends for sharing and a good celebration.

What attracted me to this community: The Benedictine Sisters from Ferdinand were my teachers in grade school. While I was in college I felt a call to religious life and began to pray and discern. My mind seemed to move to the Benedictine Sisters as I remembered my impressions from grade school. They seemed to be happy, enjoyed doing things and working together, were prayerful and down to earth. The monastic way of life, as the sisters lived community, their prayer and work was very inviting to me, and I have found it to be very fulfilling.
