Spent Grain Bread Workshop
Let our talented Bakery Manager, Kris Lasher, walk you through the process for baking spent grain bread. Spent grain is a leftover from the beer brewing process. (Most local breweries, like St. Benedict’s Brew Works in Ferdinand and Jasper, will give you their spent grain for free.) In this video workshop, a virtual version of our popular in-person class, you’ll bake two beautiful loaves of your own delicious spent grain bread.
