Now Hiring an Annual Giving Assistant.

If you’re looking for a position that connects your head and heart to a mission you can love, the Sisters of St. Benedict monastery in Ferdinand, Indiana are looking for an Annual Giving Assistant to join their Mission Advancement team.

You’ll play a crucial role in the processing of daily gift deposits from multiple sources while managing the Mission Advancement database and assisting with the direct mail program, annual giving processes, and technology troubleshooting.

Bring those strong written and verbal communication skills, and a technical specialty program certification, an associate degree, or comparable experience. You’ll want to have a basic knowledge of technology, strong computer skills, and basic accounting skills. Have experience with Blackbaud or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database? That’s a plus!

In addition to essential duties such as processing online and credit card donations, preparing data exchange lists, and coordinating special event correspondence, the Annual Giving Assistant may also be required to perform other duties, like assisting with membership programs and updating donors in the database.
