Sister Magna Lucia Castillo Named New Superior in Peru

Exciting news! Sister Magna Lucia Castillo is the new Superior of Monasterio Paz de la Cruz in Peru. It was established as a dependent monastery of Monastery Immaculate Conception in Ferdinand in 1983. After nearly forty years, the monastery has continued to flourish and attract young women to religious life. Our very own prioress, Sister Anita Louise Lowe, traveled to Peru in July for Sister Magna’s installation as Superior. Congratulations, Sister Magna Lucia!
