If you’re a little obsessed with things being clean, have we got an opportunity for you!   The Sisters of St. Benedict are adding to the Housekeeping team at their historic monastery in Ferdinand.  Keeping this beautiful monastery clean and tidy involves everything you’d expect — sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing common areas.  

At least 6 months of cleaning experience is ideal, along with being able to work well with minimal supervision.  A professional, friendly attitude and good time management skills are important too. 

Being a fast learner is a big plus — you’ll need to know how to operate, clean and care for equipment like automatic scrubbers, burnishers, buffers, shampooers and vacuums.  You’ll have to follow the rules regarding health and safety, keep an eye on supplies, and know what needs replacing.
