Bakery Class: Bread and Brew
Grab your friends and join us for a morning of bread baking. Learn to make our famous spent grain bread, and experiment with different flavors of “spirited” bread making. Then top your afternoon off with a trip to St. Benedict Brew Works! Participants will leave with at least 2 homemade loaves of bread and the knowledge of how to make more at home.
Friday, April 19 from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Cost is $50 per person
Class is limited to 12 participants
Must by 21 years or older to participate in this class.
Can’t attend this in-person class? We also offer a Spent Grain Bread Virtual Bakery Workshop hosted by our Bakery Manager, Kris Lasher.
