 Morning Prayer, Mass, Breakfast
8 a.m.–12 p.m.
 Work
12 p.m.
 Noon Prayer, followed by Lunch
1–4:30 p.m.
 Work
4:30 p.m.
 Lectio (Spiritual Reading)
5 p.m.
 Evening Prayer
5:30 p.m.
 Dinner
*On Saturday, Morning Prayer begins at 8:00 a.m.
Sunday
7–9:30 a.m.
 Breakfast Available
10–11:30 a.m.
 Morning Prayer and Sunday Mass
11:30 a.m.
 Sunday Dinner
4:30 p.m.
 Lectio (Spiritual Reading)
5 p.m.
 Evening Prayer
5:30 p.m.
 Supper

A respectful silence is observed daily from 10 p.m.
